BJP Pledges ₹2,500 Monthly Aid for Women and ₹500 LPG Cylinders in Delhi
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has unveiled key promises in its Delhi Assembly election manifesto, aiming to provide financial assistance and reduce household expenses for residents. The party has pledged to offer a monthly aid of ₹2,500 to women and supply Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders at a subsidized rate of ₹500.
These initiatives are part of the BJP’s broader strategy to address economic challenges faced by families in the capital. By providing direct financial support to women, the party seeks to empower them economically and enhance their participation in household decision-making. The subsidized LPG cylinders aim to alleviate the burden of rising cooking fuel costs, ensuring affordable access to clean energy for all households.
In addition to these measures, the BJP has committed to retaining existing free schemes, including the provision of 200 units of electricity, 2,000 liters of water, and free bus travel for women. The party plans to implement these services more effectively to maximize public benefit.
The manifesto reflects the BJP’s focus on social welfare and its intent to address the immediate needs of Delhi’s residents. By combining financial aid with subsidies on essential services, the party aims to provide comprehensive support to families, particularly those from economically weaker sections.
As the election approaches, these promises are expected to play a significant role in influencing voter sentiment, highlighting the BJP’s commitment to improving the quality of life for Delhi’s citizens.
