Sonam Wangchuk Supports Cockroach Janta Party
Wangchuk expressed support for the Cockroach Janta Party after speaking to its founder Abhijeet Dipke. He said he was convinced that the movement was an expression of Indian youth and not a conspiracy by foreign powers.
In a video message, Wangchuk said the group appeared to be patriotic and was seeking reform in the country’s education system. He said he would join the protest if no corrective action was taken before June 6.
CJP Protest Over Education Minister Resignation
The Cockroach Janta Party has called for a protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
The group has linked its campaign to concerns over the education system, including examination controversies, alleged paper leaks and errors affecting students. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke has said the protest will be peaceful and focused on accountability.
Wangchuk Raises Education Reform Concerns
Wangchuk said India’s goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047 cannot be achieved through slogans alone and depends on proper policy implementation.
He said education reforms must translate into real improvement for students, especially in primary education and examination systems. His support is expected to bring greater public attention to the CJP protest and its demand for accountability in the education sector.
