During initial questioning, the girl reportedly told authorities that she had inadvertently crossed into Indian territory.

Security Agencies Probe Rajouri LoC Crossing
Authorities are expected to follow established procedures for civilians who cross the Line of Control unintentionally, but any repatriation decision will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
The incident comes amid heightened vigilance along the LoC in Rajouri and neighbouring districts, where security forces have recently carried out search operations following reports of suspicious movement.
Further action will be taken after police and security agencies complete verification of the teenager’s identity and circumstances surrounding the crossing.
