US President Donald Trump Says Health Check Was Perfect

U.S. President Donald Trump has said “everything checked out perfectly” after undergoing a physical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The check-up came amid renewed attention on his health, including questions over visible skin and swelling issues reported over the past year.

Trump Physical Exam At Walter Reed

Trump said he completed what he described as a six-monthly physical exam and did not provide detailed medical results. The White House has not released a full public medical report from the latest visit.

The President, who turns 80 on June 14, 2026, visited Walter Reed for the third time in 13 months. His health has remained under public scrutiny because he is the oldest person to assume the U.S. presidency, beginning his second term in January 2025.

Trump Health Questions And Recent Ailments

Recent photographs showing a blotchy neck rash had raised fresh questions about Trump’s health. Earlier images had also shown swollen ankles and a bruised hand, which White House officials described as benign.

White House physician Sean Barbabella previously said Trump was using a common cream as a preventive skin treatment. Officials also said the leg swelling was linked to a common vein condition, while the bruising was attributed to frequent handshakes.

Trump MRI And Medical Scrutiny

Trump had earlier said he underwent an MRI in October 2025 and described the result as exceptionally good. Medical experts have noted that MRI scans are not usually part of a routine physical exam and are generally prescribed for detailed imaging.

The White House has maintained that Trump remains in strong health. However, the latest check-up is likely to keep attention on presidential health disclosures as Trump continues his second term.
