At least seven devotees were killed and more than a dozen others injured in a stampede at the Ashokdham Temple in Bihar’s Lakhisarai district on Monday morning. The incident occurred as large crowds gathered for prayers during the holy month of Shravan. The injured were shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment, while rescue and relief operations were carried out around the temple.
