A fire at a crowded pub and live music venue in Bangkok killed at least 27 people and injured 63 others late Sunday. Investigators are examining the electrical system, interior materials and whether emergency escape routes were obstructed. Thailand Orders Pub Fire Investigation Thailand’s Prime Minister visited the scene and said a detailed investigation would determine how the blaze began and whether safety regulations had been followed. Bangkok authorities established a registration centre near the site to assist families seeking information about relatives. Forensic teams also began examining the damaged venue. The incident is among Thailand’s deadliest entertainment venue fires in recent years and has renewed concerns about fire safety at crowded nightlife establishments.
