Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said the Centre is relooking at the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act to plug loopholes allegedly exploited by drug trafficking networks. He asked states to send suggestions as the government prepares to strengthen India’s anti-narcotics framework.
