NEET Paper Leak Row Intensifies
The announcement comes amid continuing protests and political debate over alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG examination. Students and Opposition parties have sought accountability, stronger safeguards and action against those responsible for compromising examination integrity.
India already has a central law targeting unfair practices in public examinations, including organised paper leaks and other forms of cheating. The proposed fast-track courts would focus on accelerating the judicial process in such cases.
