Explosion Damages Wall at CRPF School in Delhi, No Casualties Reported
A massive explosion occurred near the CRPF school in Delhi’s Rohini area early this morning, damaging the school’s wall but fortunately causing no casualties. The incident took place at 7:47 am, sparking a rapid response from forensic teams and Delhi Police’s special cell, who are currently investigating the cause of the blast.
Investigation Underway as Forensic Teams Arrive
The explosion at Prashant Vihar caused damage to the school wall, shattered window panes of nearby cars, and damaged local shop signboards. Local residents reported hearing a loud noise followed by a cloud of smoke rising from the area. An eyewitness recorded a video of the smoke and alerted the authorities, who quickly arrived at the scene. Forensic and bomb disposal squads have been deployed to determine the nature of the explosion.
Senior police officer Amit Goel confirmed that experts have been called in to investigate, but so far, no suspicious materials have been discovered. Police are also examining the underground sewage lines as part of their probe.
