Raised in San Diego, California, Usha Vance has an impressive academic background, holding a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Gates Cambridge Scholar. She has also clerked for Chief Justice John G. Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Brett Kavanaugh during his tenure at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
