Trump Jr.’s Ally Gentry Beach Pushes Business in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkiye

Gentry Beach, a longtime friend and associate of Donald Trump Jr., is quietly expanding his business footprint in South Asia and the Middle East. He has launched high-level outreach in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Türkiye, exploring investment opportunities in critical sectors such as rare earth minerals, oil and gas, and real estate.

Meetings with Top Leaders in Pakistan and Bangladesh

In January, Beach visited Islamabad and met with Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and key federal ministers, including those handling finance and foreign affairs portfolios. The agenda of these meetings revolved around identifying large-scale investment opportunities in Pakistan’s under-explored resource and energy sectors.

He followed this with a trip to Bangladesh, where he met Muhammad Yunus, a key economic advisor to the government, on January 29. Discussions reportedly included proposals to bring in American capital into Bangladesh’s energy exploration, aerospace collaboration, and large infrastructure development.

Strategic Briefing to Trump Inner Circle

After completing his South Asia visits, Beach returned to the United States and briefed former U.S. President Donald Trump and senior advisers at Mar-a-Lago. He highlighted what he called “massive” opportunities, especially in Pakistan, which he described as an “amazing place” for multibillion-dollar deals involving American investors.

The briefing also included updates on Türkiye, where Beach is reportedly engaging with entities in the defense and real estate sectors.

Concerns Over Political and Business Overlap

This is not Gentry Beach’s first brush with high-level political-business crossovers. During the Trump administration, he was part of a lobbying effort to ease sanctions on Venezuela to allow U.S. oil companies to do business there. He was also linked to political fundraising for Trump’s 2016 campaign and maintained close access to top officials afterward.

His latest overseas ventures are drawing attention for possibly blurring the lines between private business interests and foreign policy influence, especially considering his ties to the Trump family.

With Trump Jr. known to actively support private ventures post-White House, Beach’s strategic movements in politically volatile regions are being watched closely by both diplomatic observers and ethics watchdogs in the U.S.
