
Tamil Nadu Signs ₹24,307 Crore MoUs At Hosur, 49,353 Jobs Expected
At the TN Rising Investors’ Conclave in Hosur, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced that Tamil Nadu has signed 92 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹24,307 crore. These agreements are projected to create 49,353 jobs.
Foundation Stones Laid
Four new projects with combined investment of ₹1,210 crore had their foundation stones laid in Hosur. These projects are expected to generate about 8,000 jobs. Among them are units by Delta Electronics and Ascent Circuits in the ELCOT Special Economic Zone.
Progress And Execution
CM Stalin noted that about 77% of MoUs signed since the DMK came into power have been executed. He stressed that converting MoUs into actual investment remains a priority.
Economic Ambition And Infrastructure Plans
Tamil Nadu is working toward transforming into a US$1 trillion economy by 2030. To support this goal, the government is pushing industrial infrastructure, including plans for a world-class airport in Hosur on 2,000 acres, along with improvements to civic infrastructure.
