The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall warning for 10 states, forecasting significant downpours from October 12 to 16. A yellow alert has been placed for several states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Arunachal Pradesh, and Gujarat.
