Reflecting on Constitutional Commitments PM Modi addressed the impact of revoking Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, underscoring how this move enabled equal voting rights and constitutional governance in the region for the first time. He claimed this progress fulfills a commitment to India’s Constitution as envisioned by its founders, lauding the unifying outcomes achieved under his leadership.
