Recommendations for Visa Holders With longer wait times and visa backlogs, attorneys urge visa holders to: Avoid unnecessary international travel during this period of uncertainty. Plan ahead if travel is unavoidable, as visa appointments may take longer than expected. Consult immigration lawyers to understand potential risks and develop contingency plans. Given these developments, visa holders are advised to stay updated on evolving policies and take necessary precautions to avoid disruptions to their work, studies, or residency status.
