Restoration Efforts and Rail Disruptions Tamil Nadu police confirmed that the collision occurred when the passenger train entered a loop line, resulting in the crash. Rescue teams, ambulances, and emergency personnel were quickly dispatched to the scene to assist the injured and manage the situation. Rail services in the region remain severely impacted, with ongoing efforts to restore normalcy.
