Tarique Rahman, leader of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), is set to take oath as the Prime Minister of Bangladesh following his party’s decisive electoral victory, marking a major political shift in the country after years of Awami League rule. Invitations were extended to South Asian leaders and key international partners, reflecting Bangladesh’s strategic importance in regional politics and trade. Foreign missions have confirmed participation at ambassadorial and ministerial levels, while security agencies are coordinating protocols for visiting delegations.
