strike Iran – Bharat Pulse News

Amid rising tensions in the Middle East, Russia has issued a grave warning to the United States, cautioning against any military strike on Iranian nuclear facilities. Moscow declared that such action could trigger widespread regional instability and even risk a nuclear catastrophe. Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov stated that any U.S. airstrike targeting Iran’s nuclear program “would radically destabilise the Middle East.” The Kremlin emphasized that military aggression could ignite a crisis spiraling far beyond regional borders. Russia warning In a strongly worded statement, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova criticized ongoing attacks against Iranian infrastructure, calling it “a monstrous game” that edges the world dangerously close to disaster. She argued that targeting non-military nuclear installations could result in consequences no nation is prepared to handle. The Russian government also raised concerns about the safety of international nuclear personnel stationed at facilities such as Bushehr, where Russian technicians are actively involved. Officials reaffirmed that Russia’s partnership with Iran in the civil nuclear domain is peaceful and does not involve military assistance. Strike Iran President Vladimir Putin, speaking at an international forum, refused to comment on allegations that the U.S. and Israel were planning to target Iran’s top leadership. Instead, he reiterated that the global community must prioritize dialogue and restraint. He called on all parties to de-escalate, asserting that Iran’s right to peaceful nuclear energy must be protected while also ensuring regional security, especially for countries like Israel. Putin also confirmed that Moscow has reached out to both Washington and Tel Aviv, offering to mediate and promote a diplomatic resolution. The Russian stance underscores its intent to play a balancing role in a region on the edge of wider conflict. Nuclear Risk Zakharova’s warning about “millimeters away from catastrophe” reflects Russia’s view that military solutions in this scenario would be not only reckless but potentially irreversible. While distancing itself from any retaliatory threats, Moscow has made it clear that it will respond diplomatically and strategically to any move that endangers nuclear facilities or civilian lives. The broader implication is clear: any strike on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure could have unintended, disastrous consequences. With tensions already high following attacks and counterattacks in the region, Russia’s public stance signals a shift toward urgent preventive diplomacy. As the world watches the unfolding standoff, Russia has positioned itself as both a vocal critic of military escalation and a potential mediator willing to keep lines of communication open with all involved parties.
