Air Chief Marshal A P Singh has emphasized the urgent need for India to achieve self-reliance in defense production, particularly as neighboring China continues to advance its military capabilities. Speaking at the annual Subroto Mukherjee seminar, he pointed to China’s unveiling of its new stealth fighter jets as a significant challenge to India’s security
