Investigators are now reviewing hours of CCTV footage to map the movement of the suspects before and after the shooting. Mishra’s Criminal Past and Parole Chandan Mishra, 36, was serving a life sentence in Beur Jail for the 2011 murder of businessman Rajendra Kesari in Buxar. He had over 20 criminal cases against him and was recently granted parole to undergo liver surgery. He had been recovering in the hospital for the past few days when the attack occurred. Police Response and Arrests Patna Police have identified six suspects and detained several individuals in connection with the crime.
