Amid escalating tensions following India's Operation Sindoor, Pakistan's military has claimed that it intercepted and shot down 12 Indian drones over its airspace. According to official military sources in Islamabad, the drones were spotted over several urban regions including Lahore and Karachi, triggering a high alert across the country. One drone reportedly struck near a sensitive military facility close to Walton Road in Lahore, causing injuries to four soldiers and damaging a section of the installation. The drones were identified as Harop loitering munitions, widely known for their precision-strike capabilities. Pakistan, however, has characterized the strikes as a blatant act of aggression and now alleges continued airspace violations through unmanned aerial vehicles.
