On the evening of Sunday, July 27, three critically ill patients on ventilator support at the Trauma Centre of Jalandhar Civil Hospital died within about 35 minutes. Hospital authorities confirmed a brief drop in oxygen pressure took place around 7:15–7:50 PM during a planned supply changeover.
