Chengdu – A newly constructed bridge in China’s Sichuan province partially collapsed on Tuesday after a landslide struck the supporting hillside. The 758-metre-long Hongqi Bridge, located along National Highway 317, had been closed to traffic a day earlier following reports of visible cracks
