The clip, shared online by a customer, prompted immediate health inspections. Inspection Uncovers Hygiene Violations FDA inspectors visited the café and found multiple violations, including poor cleanliness in the kitchen and lack of regular staff health check-ups. FDA officials said these lapses posed a risk to public health. The café has been ordered to remain closed until all issues are resolved. Owner Responds The café’s management acknowledged the incident, explaining that the buns are sourced from an external bakery and glass contamination could have occurred before delivery. The couple who discovered the foreign object were offered a waiver of their bill. The owner has reportedly contacted the supplier to prevent future lapses. Broader Food Safety Concern Authorities also revealed another incident in the same region, where a cockroach was found in a hotel soup.
