The charge sheet accuses the TMC administration of corruption, law and order failures, political violence and administrative collapse. BJP Targets Corruption And Infiltration In Bengal One of Shah’s main lines of attack was infiltration, with the BJP arguing that Bengal has become a major gateway because of what it called appeasement-driven politics. He also accused the TMC of allowing corruption to spread through public institutions and weakening governance across sectors such as health, education and safety.
