Bihar Andhra funds – Bharat Pulse News

The Union Budget 2025 has sparked political controversy, with the Congress party accusing the government of biased resource allocation. The opposition claims that Bihar has been favored in the budget while Andhra Pradesh has been neglected. The government, however, insists that the budget focuses on national economic growth and equitable distribution of resources. "While Bihar has been given a bonanza, Andhra Pradesh has been cruelly ignored." Allegations of Partiality Congress leaders have raised concerns about the uneven distribution of funds, stating that some states received significantly more benefits than others. They argue that the government is using financial policies to serve political interests rather than addressing the needs of all states fairly. The opposition claims that while Bihar has been allocated substantial financial support, Andhra Pradesh has not received its due share despite repeated appeals. The issue has become a focal point of political debate, with regional leaders demanding clarity on the government's stance. Government's Response The ruling party has defended the budget, stating that all financial decisions are based on economic priorities and developmental needs. They argue that Bihar's allocation is justified due to ongoing infrastructure and welfare projects, while Andhra Pradesh's funding will be addressed through other policy measures. The government further emphasized that the budget aims to promote overall economic growth, job creation, and investment opportunities across the country. It also highlighted initiatives targeting various sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, and digital transformation. Growing Political Tensions As the budget debate intensifies, Congress and other opposition parties continue to challenge the government's approach, calling for a more balanced distribution of resources. The issue is likely to remain a key point of contention in the coming months as political parties position themselves ahead of upcoming elections.
