PM Modi highlighted how technology is playing a vital role in the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and efficiency in filling vacancies. Driving Economic Growth The Rozgar Mela initiative is not just about providing jobs; it also aims to foster economic growth by ensuring productive participation in various sectors. According to official data, the program has significantly contributed to reducing the unemployment rate in the country. Moreover, PM Modi stressed the importance of skill development, urging new recruits to take full advantage of training programs offered by their respective departments. “A skilled workforce is crucial for India’s journey toward becoming a global economic powerhouse,” he added. Aiming for a Self-Reliant India The Rozgar Mela aligns with the government’s broader vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India), where job creation and workforce development are pivotal.
