Putin and Kim to Attend China Parade

Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will attend a major military parade in Beijing on September 3, led by Chinese President Xi Jinping. The event marks the anniversary of Japan’s surrender in World War II and is widely viewed as a show of solidarity among nations under Western pressure.

Western Leaders Largely Absent

Few Western leaders are expected to attend the parade, with Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico standing out as the only major figure from Europe. Leaders and representatives from Belarus, Iran, Indonesia, Serbia, South Korea, and the United Nations will also be present, highlighting the parade’s political undertones.

China to Showcase Military Strength

The parade is set to be one of the largest in years, featuring Chinese advancements in fighter aircraft, missile defense, and hypersonic weapons. Troops will march through Tiananmen Square as Xi, Putin, and Kim stand together in a display of military confidence and political alignment.

Strategic Implications for Global Politics

The gathering symbolizes a growing axis between China, Russia, and North Korea, all facing sanctions or criticism from Western powers. Their presence together underscores an effort to challenge U.S. dominance and reshape the global diplomatic landscape in their favor.
