Boosting Jammu and Kashmir Tourism
Abdullah also addressed a tourism outreach event in Ahmedabad, encouraging Gujaratis to visit Jammu and Kashmir. He highlighted the region’s improved connectivity, including nearly 30 daily flights to Srinagar, and emphasized that J&K is safe and ready to welcome tourists.
Focus on Development and Cooperation
Abdullah noted that development projects, including dams and infrastructure works, are now being considered in J&K to further enhance the region’s economy. He stressed that cooperation between states like Gujarat and J&K can play a vital role in India’s overall progress.
