Pawan Kalyan’s Son, Mark Shankar, Injured in Singapore School Fire

Mark Shankar, the 8-year-old son of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, was injured in a fire accident at his school in Singapore. The incident resulted in burns to his hands and legs, along with respiratory issues due to smoke inhalation. He is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Singapore.

Pawan Kalyan’s Response

At the time of the incident, Pawan Kalyan was on a tour of the Alluri Sitarama Raju district in Andhra Pradesh. Despite suggestions from officials and party leaders to immediately travel to Singapore, he chose to fulfill a prior commitment to visit Kuridi village near Araku. After completing this visit, he plans to proceed to Singapore to be with his son.

Family Background

Mark Shankar is the youngest son of Pawan Kalyan and his third wife, Russian actress Anna Lezhneva. The couple married in 2013 and also have a daughter, Polena Anjana Pawanova. The family maintains a private profile, with Anna and Mark residing in Singapore.
