OnePlus has confirmed that its upcoming OnePlus 15R smartphone will feature a 7,400mAh battery, the largest battery ever used on a OnePlus device for the global market. The phone is scheduled to launch on December 17.

According to the company, the phone will support fast charging through 80W SUPERVOOC technology. The battery is designed using silicon-nanostack technology, which aims to retain long-term health and maintain at least 80 percent capacity even after extended use. The OnePlus 15R will also include a 165Hz AMOLED display and run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.
