IndusInd Bank Makes Key Leadership Appointments
IndusInd Bank has appointed Amitabh Kumar Singh as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. At the same time, its microfinance subsidiary Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (BFIL) has named Tapobrat Chaudhuri as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Both leaders are expected to play a key role in shaping future growth.
Strengthening core functions
Along with these changes, the bank has also brought in Balaji Narayanamurthy as Chief Data Officer and Ganesh Sankaran as Head of Wholesale Banking. The appointments are part of a broader effort to build strong leadership across human resources, data, wholesale business and microfinance operations.

According to the bank, the new leadership structure is designed to support sustainable growth and improve governance. The focus at BFIL will be on collections, asset quality and deeper integration with IndusInd Bank. In wholesale banking and data, the aim is to upgrade analytics, drive efficiency and expand institutional business.
