In Lisbon, a group of Pakistani nationals staged a protest outside the Indian Embassy to condemn India’s actions following the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor. However, rather than engage in verbal exchanges or diplomatic counter-statements, Indian diplomats chose to respond with a calm but powerful message — a banner that read, “Operation Sindoor is not yet over.”

India’s Ambassador to Portugal, Puneet Roy Kundal, acknowledged the support of the local authorities during the demonstration. He extended gratitude to the Portuguese government and local police for ensuring the security of the mission.
