India U19 Beat Pakistan by 58 Runs in U19 World Cup
India’s Under-19 team registered a comprehensive 58-run victory over Pakistan in the Super Six stage of the ICC Men’s Under-19 World Cup 2026 in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Batting first, India were bowled out for 252 in 49.5 overs, recovering well after losing early wickets. The innings was anchored by Uday Saharan, who scored a composed half-century, while lower-order contributions helped India push past the 250 mark.
Bowlers Seal Dominant Win
Pakistan’s chase never fully gathered momentum as Indian bowlers applied sustained pressure. Saumy Pandey emerged as the standout performer, claiming four wickets and consistently breaking partnerships. Pakistan were eventually dismissed for 194 in 46.2 overs, despite resistance from the middle order. India’s disciplined bowling and sharp fielding ensured the target remained out of reach.
India Qualify for Semi-Finals
With this win, India finished unbeaten in Super Six Group 2 and confirmed their place in the semi-finals of the tournament. Pakistan, meanwhile, were eliminated from semi-final contention following the defeat. The result further underlined India’s strong all-round form in the competition, as they continued their campaign as one of the tournament favourites.
