Gurugram Schools Receive Bomb Threat Emails

Four private schools in Gurugram received bomb threat emails on Wednesday morning, triggering emergency security checks across multiple campuses. The emails were sent to official school email IDs shortly after 7 am, prompting school authorities to immediately inform the police.

Security Checks Conducted, No Threat Found

Police teams, bomb disposal units and sniffer dog squads were deployed to the affected schools. After extensive searches of the premises, officials confirmed that no explosives or suspicious materials were found. Authorities stated that the situation was under control and there was no threat to students or staff.

Schools Affected and Precautionary Steps

The schools that received the threat emails included Kunskapsskolan School in DLF Phase 1, Lancer’s School in Sector 53, Pathways World School in Badshahpur and Heritage Xperiential Learning School in Sector 64. As a precaution, school bus services were suspended and parents were advised to take their children home during the security checks.

Police Probe Underway

Gurugram Police have launched an investigation to trace the origin of the emails. Initial assessments suggest the threats were hoaxes. Officials urged parents to remain calm, assuring that standard safety protocols were followed throughout.
