Google Launches AI Plus Plan In India
Google has introduced a new subscription service called Google AI Plus in India, offering users access to its latest AI tools at a monthly price. The plan has been launched at ₹399 per month, with an introductory offer of ₹199 per month for the first six months.
Features And Tools Available
The subscription gives customers access to Gemini 3 Pro, Google’s latest AI model, along with creative tools for image and video generation. It also includes 200 GB of cloud storage, which can be shared with up to five family members. The plan integrates AI into Google apps like Gmail, Docs and Drive, enabling users to draft content, summarise emails and documents, and generate ideas within the apps they already use.
Google AI Plus also supports NotebookLM and other productivity features, allowing students, professionals and small businesses to use AI for research, writing and project work.
Growing AI Use In India
The launch comes as adoption of AI tools continues to rise across the country. Google said the plan aims to offer a mid-tier option between the free basic access and higher priced premium services, making advanced AI more accessible to everyday users.
The company expects strong demand from content creators, educators, and people who depend on cloud storage and productivity tools in their daily digital work.
