Charges Faced

He was found guilty on five counts: organising a criminal group, attempting to overthrow democratic institutions, damage to public property, and related crimes. Four out of five justices voted for guilt.

Current Status And Appeal

Bolsonaro is under house arrest and has denied all wrongdoing. His legal team has stated that they will appeal the ruling to the full Supreme Court.
